Cancellation: Any cancellation requests related to travel arrangements must be submitted in accordance with the terms specified in your service agreement. Refunds and Modifications: Refund eligibility, processing timelines, and modification procedures are determined solely by the service agreement.

NiceTrip shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms or any travel service agreement where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, or technical failures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NiceTrip is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with any booking confirmation and applicable travel agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and NiceTrip regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
